Cancellation at Spicejet

Spicejet will be responsible to inform the travelers about cancellation of the scheduled flight atleat three hours before the departure time via SMS or a telephonic call, provided the customer have given functional and correct numbers during the time of reservation.

In case Passengers who did provided functional and correct telephone number during the time of reservation but are not been informed about the cancellation at least three hours before the departure time of the flight on which they were supposed to board, Spicejet will be liable to provide following monetary compensation if and only the price of the ticket is higher than the monetary compensation amount mentioned below:

Flights which have a block time including and upto one hour will be gives Rs 2000 or the price of the ticket whichever stands to be low.

Flights which have a block time including and more than one hour will be gives Rs 3000 or the price of the ticket whichever stands to be low.

Flights which have a block time is more than two hour will be gives Rs 4000 or the price of the ticket whichever stands to be low.
